Coleslaw LOW CARB

Ingredients
16 ounces shredded cabbage or slaw mix1/2 cup mayonnaise1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar1 Tbsp sugar substitute1/8 tsp pepperoptional: paprika for color
Directions
Mix all ingredients but slaw by hand to avoid whipping air into the cream. Toss with a slaw and let refrigerate, preferably, overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.

    This is Ok, but a little bland for our family's taste. I do like the website you used. Your nut stats are off for the coleslaw. You have 16 0z bag in public list and 2 cups in stats - my 16 0z bag = 7.5 cups. - 1/8/17
