Cucumber Yogurt Salad

Cucumber (peeled), 2.5 large (8-1/4" long) (remove) *1 med yellow onion, 0.25 serving (remove) Dill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs (remove) *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove) Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove) Salt, 3 dash (remove) *Pepper, white, 1 tsp (remove)
You can peel the cucumbers or leave the peels on, whichever you prefer. I cut the cucumbers in half and then slices. Cut celery in bite size pieces and finely chop dill. Add all ingredients together in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
