Breakfast stuffed peppers

Ingredients
6 xtra small bell peppers (not mini)1 c. chopped kale8 oz turkey breakfast sausage1/4 c. diced onions3 large egg whites1 large egg1 1/2 slices swiss cheese
Directions
1. Brown sausage in pan, adding diced onions during the last few minutes.
2. Cut tops and membranes out of peppers
3. Mix eggs, whites, kale, and meat mixture together and fill the peppers.
4. Bake in 400 oven for 25-30 min.
5. Remove from oven and top with swiss
