Quinoa and Black bean Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw quinoa1 t better than bouillon chicken base1 cup rinsed black beans5 mini red/yellow/orange peppers1/4 cup cilantro 2 T red wine vinegar1 lime juiced2 t garlic minced1/4 t cuminCook rinsed quinoa in 1 cup water with bouillon bringing to a boil then simmering for 15 min(on about 5 on my electric stove) Add everything together chill and serve.
