20 g instant nonfat powdered milk0.5 c water1 T sugar1 T ground flax seed0.25 t salt0.25 t baking soda1 large egg120 g old fashioned oatmealspices to taste (for example cinnamon)
Mix powdered milk with the ground flax seed, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Add 0.5 c water and mix thoroughly. Whisk the egg and beat into milk mixture to combine. Mix in the oats. Spray a muffin tin lightly with cooking spray and divide the batter into 6 muffins. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 minutes.
