Date Walnut Dressing

Ingredients
8 - 10 pitted dates1/4 cup balsamic vinegar3 or 4 walnut halves1/4 cup red onionoptional: any herbs you might like, ex: garlic powder, basil, marjoram, etc.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until well combined. Adjust with juice or water to desired consistency.
