Jill's Winey Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1T +1t olive oil2 small onions (1 large)2 colored bell peppers (not green)3 garlic cloves1 lb ground round3 (14 oz) cans Italian diced tomatoes 1 small can tomato paste3.5 oz red wineBasil to taste.Water
Directions
Brown veggies in oil in deep pot.
Brown meat in microwave/colander & drain well
Add tomatoes w juice to veggies.
Mix wine with tomato paste & add water to make thinner.
Add wine mix to veggies.
Crumble meat & add to pot.
Add enough water so that it can simmer about an hour.
