1 can of black beansVital Wheat Gluten, 0.75 cup diced onion, 0.25 cup Tomato Paste, 1 tbspBertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)Garlic, 2 clove Chili powder, 1 tsp Cumin, .5 tsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup Water, tap, .5 cup
Mash the black beans until they reach the consistency halfway between whole beans and a paste. Add the onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and water and stir until even. Add the bread crumbs and vital wheat gluten and knead until the moisture is distributed. Add the olive oil and knead through until even. Shape into six patties. cook on stove top or grill.
