Low Carb Zucchini Fries

Ingredients
2 Zucchini, sliced1/2 C Egg Beaters1/3 C ground almonds1/3 C Parmesan CheeseSalt to tasteMix ground almonds and Parmesan cheese. Dip zucchini in egg mixture, then into dry mixture. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, turning one half-way through.
