Sweet Potato Bean Avocado Corn Salad

Ingredients
Sweet potato, peeled, cubed and baked Can of kidney or other beans, drainedLime juice, freshAvocado, choppedfresh cilantroGreen or red pepper, sweet, choppedRed or green onions, choppedFresh corn, one earSea salt and pepper to tasteolive oil
Directions
After cooking and cooling the sweet potato, chop all ingredients and add together in a bowl. Toss with mixture of olive oil and lime juice. Salt and pepper as desired. Make a batch to eat for lunch or share at dinner with others.
