Broccoli Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breast

4 bl/sl chicken breasts - 6 oz each1 cup cooked broccoli1/2 cup cheddar cheese4 oz cream cheese - light and fat free will work well in this recipe1 Tbsp Olive Oilsalt and pepper to taste
Using two pieces of plastic wrap, pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thick.
Chop cooked broccoli into small pieces. Combine broccoli and both cheeses.
Stuff each breast with 1/4 of the broccoli cheese mixture.
Place, seam side down, in a glass baking dish. Brush each breast with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 for 3-40 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
