Butter herbed boiled new potatoes

Ingredients
6 new red potatoes, quartered with skins on2 cups water1 tsp salt.Wash potatoes thoroughly. Place in a medium size pot and bring to a boil. Boil approximately 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Add1 TBS butter or margarine1/2 tsp oregano (or spice of your choice)1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp chopped parsleystir until butter is melted and potatoes are covered with butter and spices. Serve. Serves 3.
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain.
Remove from heat.
Stir in butter and spices.
Serve
