Pumpkin Spice Granola

Ingredients
4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 1 cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)1 cup shredded coconut3/4 cup sliced almonds1/2 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup honey1/4 cup molasses1/8 cup pure maple syrup1/2 cup pumpkin puree1/4 tsp salt3 tsp pumpkin pie spices (a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger)1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup craisins
Directions
Mix together oats, pepitas, coconuts, and almonds in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix vegetable oil, honey, molasses, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, salt, spices, and vanilla. Stir liquid mix into dry ingredients to coat thoroughly, then spread over a baking pan (lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup). Bake in a 325-degree oven for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 8-10 minutes. After cooling a bit, stir in craisins and enjoy!
