CORNIE'S WALDORF TUNA EGG SALAD

Ingredients
Drain completely the can of white tuna packed in spring water. Flake into large bowl. Coarsest chop the shelled hard boiled eggs into same bowl. Chop into pieces 1/2 inch square a crisp apple. Leave skin on it for color, texture and fiber. Add to bowl. Add 1 oz chopped walnuts. Add 1/8 C or 20 grams tart cherries or raisins to this mix. Add 1/2 Tbs of HELLMAN'S mayonnaise. Also add 1.5Tbs of Chobani 0% Greek yogurt. Mix lightly. Add salt and black pepper to taste. I usually make about 8 turns on the salt mill, but I'm not big on salt. (1/4 tsp is probably too much!)Serve on bed of spinach, mixed greens, or toasted bread.0.15 cup Dried cherries (tart montmorency) 2 large Hard Boiled Egg 3 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
