Ingredients
8 oz. Kerrygold Irish Butter, 8 oz. 16 tbsp Butter, salted2/3 cup Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil6 ounces (about) Guittard 100% cacao unsweetened ) 1/2 Tsp. Stevia liquid (to taste)1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract (to taste)1/2 tsp. almond extract (to taste)
Directions
Gently melt all ingredients together over low direct heat, microwave or in 350 degree oven . Stir. Add stevia and extracts to taste. Using 2 Tbsp. scoop, dip into silicone square molds. Chill. Makes 42 of them.
