1 tab. garlic powder3/4 lb boneless chicken breast8 uncooked manicotti shells1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided1/2 lb bulk turkey sausage, cooked and drained1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced1 cup ( 4oz. ) shredded mozarella cheese1/3 cup water
Rub garlic powder over chicken; cut into 1-in strips. Stuff chicken into manicotti shells. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in a greased 13-in x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Place stuffed manicottu shells in dish. Sprinkle with sausage and mushrooms. Pour remaining speghetti sauce over the top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Drizzle water around the edge. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 65-70 min. or ntil chickens juices run clear and pasta is tender.
