Cream Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients

2 oz low fat cream cheese2 eggs1 packet stevia (or any) sweetener1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1) Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet.
2) Blend until smooth.
3) Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle.
4) Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter or pam spray.
5) Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side.
6) Repeat with the rest of the batter.
7) Serve with sugar free syrup (or any syrup of your choice) and fresh berries.
