Low Carb Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
4oz Cream Cheese (room temp)4 large eggs1/4 cup unsweetned almond milk1 tsp cinnamon(optional)3 packets Stevia (I use Sweet Leaf)1 tbs baking powder1/2 cup Carbalose Flour (if batter is too thin you can add a tbs at a time until thick but flowable)1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
I mix this all together in my blender then fold in blueberries afterwards..Can be mixed by hand too.
Mix eggs , almond milk cream cheese and stevia till smooth.
Add flour and baking powder mix.
Pour into bowl and lightly fold in blueberries.
Pour onto heated griddle or skillet by the 1/3 cup full. flip when bottom is golden brown and bubbles appear on top. Done when both sides brown.

Serving Size: makes 6 6" pancakes
