Low Carb Maple Pancake Syrup

Ingredients
1/2 cup Swervedash salt1/4 tsp. xanthan gum1 cup water1 tsp. maple flavoring1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine Swerve, salt, and xanthan gum. Add water and cook over medium heat until the mixture dissolves. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 additional minutes. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Add the maple and vanilla. Serve warm or cold.
