1/4 cup oats, 1.5 teaspoons chia seeds, 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt, 1 cuppineapple, 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
blend oats and chia seed in blender; blend on high until texture of flour. add milk and all other ingredients with 1 cup of ice
