coconut fish soup with rice

Ingredients
onion finely dicedgarlic 2 cloves grated.25 cup fish sauce1 kg tilapia4 cups white rice2 tbsp grated ginger4 tbsp sesame oil2 cup coconut milkbok choy/spinach 1 large bunch cilantrosalt and chili to taste
Directions
fry the onions until soft; add garlic, add fish and about 6 cups water, cook gently until fish almost done; add rice, ginger, sesame oil and fish sauce (more or less to taste); add bok choy and continue cooking until just done, add cilantro, salt anc chili to fast
