Ingredients
1 cup water1 medium apple, chopped2/3 cup oats1 Tbsp. cinnamon1 cup soy milk
Directions
Bring water and apple to a boil on medium heat. Add in cinnamon and oats until boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thick. Add milk.
