Homemade pizza pockets

Ingredients
1/2 C. Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered1/2 C. Granulated Sugar5 T. Yeast2 tsp. Salt2 pillow packs Hormel Turkey Pepperoni16 oz. shreddedMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1 can chopped Black Olives2 Med. Green Bell Pepper1 C. chopped Onions3 C. tomato sauce3 C. Mushroom pieces6 C. Whole Wheat Flour2 C. warm Water
Directions
Make dough mixing flour, yeast, powdered milk, salt, sugar and WARM water. Allow to rise a little while preparing fillings. Cut dough into 20 equal pieces. Roll out thinly, fill with filling and fold up, no need to press. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Can also use half and half white flour/ whole wheat flour.
