Lemon Herbs de Provence Baked Chicken

6 oz chicken breast, split into two 3 oz pieces1 tsp olive oil1 tsp Herbs de Provence2 garlic cloves, smashed1/4 lemonsalt and peper
Coat the chicken breast halves with the olive oil, using more if needed. Sprinkle one side with salt, pepper, and Herbs de Provence. Squeeze the wedge of lemon over both halves and toss it into the baking dish. Lay one smashed garlic clove on top of each half.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
