Banana Split. Cake

Ingredients
12 whole Graham crackers2 Boxes of sugar-free vanilla pudding (make with 1 cup of skim milk and 3/4 cup of plain Greek no fat yogurt for each box*)1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries sliced2 large bananas sliced 1 can of pineapple tidbits, drained well1 cup of flaked raw coconut2 cups of lite whipped toppingIn a 9 x 12 in. baking dish (I like glass dish so you can see the layers), break Graham crackers on perforated lines and line the bottom of the pan.Start layering pudding then fruit then Graham crackers again until done three times.Top with whipped topping and finish with coconut generously on top.
