Whole Grain Buttermilk Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 c 10 grain mix flour1 1/2 c brown sugar2/3 c smart balance2 t baking powder1/2 t baking soda1/2 t cinnamon1/2 t nutmeg2 eggs3/4 c buttermilk3/4 c non fat plain yogurt
Directions
Combine flour, sugar and smart balance until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix. Add eggs, milk and yogurt. Put into muffin pans. Sprinkle with reserve. Makes 24 full size or 48 minis.
