Mexi-Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 Pound extra lean trimmed stew beef1 14.5 oz Can of tomatoes1 14.5 oz Can of black beans (or any beans you prefer)1 small can of green chilies2 bags if boil in a bag brown rice1 14.5 oz can of fat free beef stock1 14.5 oz can of 98% fate free cream of mushroom soup1-3 Tbs of Chili or Taco seasoning (depending on how spicy you like it.
Directions
Combine all ingedients except rice in a slow cooker. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Prepare rice according to instructions on box. Add rice to slow cooker, and continue to cook for 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Serve warm.
