Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
4 cups white flour1/3 cup rice flour1 cup granulated sugar1 pound salted butter, softened
Directions
Cream softened butter. Add sugar. Combine flours, then add to butter mixture. Use your hands to combine.

Roll out to desired thickness (about 1/4"). Cut out shapes with your favourite cutter.

Bake at 325*F for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown on bottom (do not overcook).

Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
