SuperFit! Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 cup Oats (regular or instant will work)1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt1/4 cup liquid egg whites (or 2-3 egg whites)1/2 medium banana 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey Isolate preferred)1 tsp. Stevia in the Raw1/4 tsp Almond Extract1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a blender, blend until well combined and let sit. Spray non-stick pan with coconut oil spray or place 1 tsp coconut oil in and swirl around to coat. Heat pan to medium high, and pour into 4" circles of batter. When top starts to bubble up (about 2 minutes) flip pancakes for additional minute. Transfer to plate, enjoy hot or cold, topped or plain.
