Lowfat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 C White Flour1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking soda1/2 C Sugar3 mashed Bananas1/4 C Apple Sauce3/4 C Almond Milk1 tsp VanillaNon stick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together dry and wet ingredients separately.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix
Spray muffin cups or paper cups before filling (because this recipe has no fat added, they WILL stick if you don't spray!)
Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min
