Baked Cinnamon Oatmeal Apples

Ingredients
Apples, brown sugar, old fashioned oats, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg
Directions
Carve a well into apples to within half inch of the bottom. Mix oats, sugar, raisins, spices together in a small bowl. Fill apple wells with oat mixture, packing firmly. Place apples in a small glass baking dish (like 8x8) and pour 1 cup hot water into dish. Cover apples loosely with foil. Bake at 375 for 20 min. Uncover and continue baking for 20-30 min until apples are very tender and pierce easily.
