Ingredients
1 small banana2 cups blueberries (frozen)1 cup low cal low fat yogurt2 cups diet cranberry juice(I always add 4 scoops of "Simply Greens" to boost the nutrient and fibre value)
Directions
Add all to blender and whir for 2 minutes or until all is smooth
