Banana Bread (Truvia CC Light)

Ingredients
1/2 c (96 g) Truvia Baking Blend (Truvia Natural Sweetener w/Sugar)1/3 c (74 g) Country Crock Light2 eggs, whole (112 g)1-1/2 c (340 g) mashed ripe bananas (3-4 medium)1/3 c water1-2/3 c (199 g) all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp (3 g) salt1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F degrees. Grease bottom only of either an 8" or 9" loaf pan (8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5) or (9 x 5 x 3).

Mix sugar and butter in a 2.5 qt bowl. Stir in eggs until blended. Add bananas and water; beat 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.

Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean:

8" loaf: 1-1/4 hrs (75 mins)
9" loaf: 55-60 mins

Cool 10-15 mins in pan. Loosen sides of loaf from pan with knife or spatula; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
