Ground beef - 12 - 16 oz.1/4 c. diced red onion8 oz. can tomato sauce1 -15 oz. can Chile beansdash of ground cumin.You may add more seasonings to taste. A hamburger bun or bread is optional.
Brown and crumble meat. During this time chop onion(you may use white or yellow onion if you wish). Drain any extra fat. Add onion to skillet and cook until starting to soften. Return ground meat to skillet and add tomato sauce, beans and any addditonal seasonings desired. Let simmer, stirring occaisionally to prevent sticking. Cook down until the sauce is thick enough to stay on the bun while you bite. You can eat this without a bun or have it on bread if you wish
