Ingredients
2 cup uncook macaroni. ( to be cooked)2 cups chopped cucumber2 cups chopped celery1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (Johnny's) pepper to taste
Directions
step 1.cook up macaroni.
step 2. chop up cucumber & celery & measure out wail the macaroni is cooking.
run cooled water over hot cooked macaroni & drain.
step 3. in a bowl: add cooked macaroin cucumber , celery, mayonnaise & seasoning salt (Johnny's)
optional (we some time put chopped sweet red pepper in for color)
8 1-cup servings

    Was OK. I didn't know if I should peal the cucumber so I didn't. Next time I will peal it. And put more cucumber with less celery. Way to much celery. Definitely need way more then 1/4 cup of mayo. But wait till after the noodles absorb it. I might try Miracle Whip Next time. - 8/11/15

    I made this recipe today, except I added the juice and zest of one lemon and some celery salt to the recipe. It is very light, and natural tasting. It's a good salad for lunch, especially when it is hot out. - 8/16/09
