Tilapia - Oven Baked

Ingredients
4 oz tilapia1 large carrot, cut into slices5 or so onion slices1/2 TBSP olive oilsalt and pepper to tastealuminum foil
Directions
use a square piece of foil
brush some olive oil in the middle. Place fish on foil. Use the rest of the olive oil and brush on top of fish.
Add carrots and onion.
Salt and Pepper to taste
fold up foil making a pocket... fold up ends as well.
Bake at 450 for about 20-27 minutes, until fish and carrots are done.
Comes out great every time!
