Easy Couscous Dish

Ingredients
Garlic, 20 cloves (remove)Chicken Soup for the Soul Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup Salt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 tspOSEM Pearl Couscous, 1.5 cup Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Peel and chop garlic, add EV olive oil to pan heat and saute garlic till golden brown. Add couscous and stir until browned. Add your salt, pepper according to taste. Add the 1 1/2 c. chicken broth and 1/2 c water bring to boil, reduce to simmering, cover and allow to simmer 8 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
