Ingredients
1 Dannon light and fit strawberry Greek yogurt1/2 cup of 1 percent milk1 cup of frozen unsweetened mixed fruit (tropical is the best)
Directions
Take
1 Dannon light and fit strawberry Greek yogurt
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 cup frozen fruit (mixed tropical is very tasty)
Blend in single sized blender until thick
Enjoy!
* If you want it thinner just add more milk or water for no extra calories.
