Blueberry muffins, lactose & soy free

Ingredients
Self raising Flour, white, 2 cupBrown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed Lactose Free Milk Full Fat, .75 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large *Canola Oil, .5 cup
Directions
pre heat oven to 190 degrees celcius (I have a gas no fan oven)
sift flour and sugar then add all other ingredients and mix.
Put into patty pans and cook for 15 - 20 mins
