Low Fat Zesty Scallops and Pasta

8 oz. whole wheat spahetti8 oz. scallops3/4 C. Kraft Light House Salad Dressing1 small onion, thinly sliced1-14 oz. can artichoke hearts in brine2 C. sliced fresh mushrooms
Makes 6 1- cup servings
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Heat 1/2 C. salad dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Stir in mushrooms, onions and articholes; cook 3 mins. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add scallops. Sir. Cook another 3 mins or until scallops are opaque, stirring occasionally..
Drain pasta; add to scallop mixture with remaining 1/4 C. of salad dressing and toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese.
