Ingredients
2 lbs salmon2/3 cup soy sauce4 tbsp Brown Sugar4 tbsp vegetable oil2-4 garlic cloves (opt)
Directions
Mix the vegetable oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic cloves (opt) together in a baking dish. Cover the salmon in it. Cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for 30minutes. Pre heat the broiler. Cook the salmon 3-4 minutes per side under the broiler.
