2 cans of chick peas5 cloves of garlic1tbsp olive oil.25 cup tahini.5 lemon juice squeezedsalt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Put garlic in the food processor. When it is minced add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and olive oil and blend. Add some water or juice from the can to get desired consistency (not more than .25 cup, add a bit at the time). Add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste - or skip to keep it bland.
