Brown rice pasta with Broccoli, Tofu and Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
Brown Rice Pasta, 1/2 lb.Water, 1 cupPeanut Butter, 3 tbspBragg Liquid Aminos, 2 tbspMaple Syrup, 2 tbsp Ginger root, chopped, 1 tbspRed pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp Tofu, baked (savory flavor if possible), 6 oz.Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunches cut into florettes
Directions
While bringing pasta water to a boil, combine in a separate pan: water, peanut butter, liquid aminos, maple syrup, ginger & red pepper flakes for the sauce. Bring sauce to a boil, whisking often, then turn down to a simmer - simmer until pasta is cooked. Cook brown rice pasta for approx. 9 minutes (1-2 minutes shorter than entire cooking time). Add to pasta & boiling water: broccoli pieces and tofu cut into 1/2" pieces - cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Then drain pasta & goodies and add peanut sauce. Stir and enjoy!
