Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 Head of Cauliflower, chopped into florets 1 Tsp of Olive OilAprox. 1/4 C of remaining boiling waterChives, Garlic Powder, other spices as desired!
Directions
Chop Cauliflower into florets and steam for 10 minutes. With a potato masher, mash up the cauliflower and add chives, olive oil, some of the boiling water (aprox. 1/4c depending on desired texture). I like to add some garlic powder for extra flavor! Let sit for a couple of minutes and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes approximately two cups of mashed cauliflower
