Adzy's Raspberry chia jam

Ingredients

246g raspberries20g pure honey20g whole chia seeds
Add the fruit to a medium pan on medium heat and mash until you've got your desired consistency. The fruit will start liquefying.
Add honey and stir well.
Bring mixture to the boil until it breaks down (probably another 5 minutes).
Now stir in 20g chia seeds and mix well. Cook for a further minute, stir again and remove from heat.
Allow to cool. The mixture will get even thicker as it cools.
Once cooled, store in an airtight container. Use within 2 weeks.
Serving Size: Probably makes enough for 10 servings (I've divided it so 1 serving is a 10th of the full recipe - 15g jam)
