Cucumber & Onion Relish

Ingredients
Cucumber, peeled and slicedOnion, slicedWhite VinegarGranulated SugarCrushed Red PepperYellow Mustard SeedKosher Salt
Directions
Gently layer cucumber and onion in a covered container. Set aside.

In a seperate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over cucumber and onion.

Place in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight.
