Squash and Mushroom Gratin

In bowl, toss together mushrooms, garlic, onion, marjoram, and half of the salt and pepper.
Peel and seed squash, cube. In separate bowl, toss squash with cornstarch, oil, and remaining salt and pepper.
Spread half of the mushroom mixture in bottom of 11 x 7 inch glass baking dish; top with half each squash mixture and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake in microwave oven 10 minutes on high, stir, then cook another 5 minutes till done.
Serving Size: makes two 2/3 cup servings
