Dijon Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb Salmon Fillet3 tsp Dijon Mustard1 tsp lemon juice10 g white onion, minced4 cl garlic, minced1/2 tsp kosher slat1/2 tsp black pepper5 sprigs dill, chopped fine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Coat sheet pan with cooking spray. Lay salmon on pan.

Mix mustard, lemon juice, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture onto salmon. Sprinkle dill over salmon.

Bake in oven for 15-20 min or until desired level of doneness is reached.
