Sand Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter (2 sticks)1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon vanilla3/4 cup white sugar1 1/2 cups flour
Directions
Cream butter, baking soda, vinegar and sugar for 10 minutes (with a mixer). Blend in flour. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours before baking. Bake at 325 at least 10 minutes (until edges are golden brown). Let cookies set for at least 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
