Easy Hummus

Ingredients
2 Cups (scant) Chickpeas. cooked ( I cook my own)1 TBSP Olive OIl2 TBSP Tahini3-4 Garlic Cloves (minced fine)1 tsp Curry Powder (orig recipe called for Cumin)1/4 Cup fresh squeezed Lemon Juice ( about 1 small lemon)Salt to tasteWater to desired consistency/thickness
Directions
In a small blender (I use my Ninja) put Oil and Lemon juice, pulse until well blended. Add the other ingredients and pulse until it is the consistency you like. Will keep in fridge for 4-5 days.

Serve with raw veggies of your choosing or Pita bread/chips if you would like

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings if you are using as a meal substitute
